Vegan Key Lime Pudding

I  came across this sensational real food recipe for Key  Lime "Pie " Dessert  on Pinterest from Wagashi Manic
It's vegan, made from avocado, and tastes absolutely divine!
It's a good   great choice to make as a dessert for kids who need to eat more nutritious foods.

I  had a large avocado in the house , so I decided to make the recipe right away .;  It took me only 5 minutes to make in my blender/ Vitamix!

If you have any doubt that avocados are healthy food, read my previous guest post on
avocados and why you should eat them ; If you are a chocolate lover, then read this post for a fast, easy, and healthy 5 minute rich chocolaty avocado pudding.

If you have never used avocado for a dessert base, you will be pleasantly surprised! You don't even have to like avocados! You can't taste them in the dessert!

Fresh Avocados and Lime for Key lime pudding
delicious pudding
1 huge ripe avocado
1/5 cup coconut milk
1 whole lime-  juice, and zest  ( I used organic)
Pinch of salt
5 tablespoons maple or agave syrup

will be shared on the following blog carnivals:

  6. Have you tried this with actual key limes, or did you just use a regular lime? I've never tried avocado in desserts but between this and your chocolate pudding, I think I'm going to have to start.
Thanks for sharing on Foodie Friday!
